1. Introduction

Welcome to Days Left. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use our mobile application ("App").

Our Privacy Philosophy: Days Left is offline-first. Your events, countdowns, and preferences stay on your device. We operate no account system and do not transmit your event data to our servers.

2. Information You Provide (Local Data)

The following information is created by you and stored locally on your device:

• Events: names, emojis, colors, and target dates you enter for your countdowns.
• App preferences: selected color theme, glow effect setting, reminder settings, and unlock state.

Note: If you delete the app without a device backup, locally stored events may be permanently lost.

3. Notifications

If you set a reminder, the App schedules local notifications on your device. Local notifications are delivered by iOS/Android directly and do not involve our servers or third-party push services. Permission is requested only when you add your first event with a reminder.

4. Purchases

Lifetime unlock purchases are processed by Apple (or Google Play on Android). We use RevenueCat to validate entitlements. Purchase receipts / anonymous App Store identifiers may be processed for restore and entitlement checks. We do not receive your full payment card details.

5. Analytics and Crash Reports

To improve the App, we use:

• Aptabase — privacy-first, anonymous product analytics. It collects simplified usage events (e.g. screen views, feature use) without personal identifiers, advertising IDs, or precise location.
• Sentry — crash and error reporting. When the App crashes, diagnostic data (stack traces, device model, OS version) may be sent to help us fix bugs.

Neither service is used to build advertising profiles. The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs and we do not sell personal data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by Apple / Google (App Store purchases), RevenueCat (entitlement validation), Aptabase (anonymous analytics), and Sentry (crash diagnostics) only as needed to provide the App.

7. Children's Privacy

Days Left is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Choices

• Delete events from within the App at any time.
• Disable reminders in the App or in system settings.
• Uninstall the App to remove local app storage and disable crash reporting from your device.
