By downloading, accessing, or using Days Left: Life Calendar (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Çağatay Erkin Eren (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
The App displays year progress and event countdowns, and can help you manage recurring events and reminders. It is intended for personal information and productivity. Day counts, dates, imported information, and notifications are provided for convenience; verify important dates, deadlines, appointments, travel, and other time-sensitive information with an authoritative source.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store from which you downloaded it. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, misuse, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Calendar and Contacts imports are optional and currently available on iOS. You are responsible for having the right to access and use information you import, including another person’s birthday. Imported information is used in the App as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reminders are scheduled locally and depend on your device, operating system, notification permission, and settings. We cannot guarantee that a notification will be delivered at a particular time or at all. Do not rely on the App as the only notice for an important event or deadline.
Events and preferences are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping a backup if you want to preserve them. The App lets you export and restore a JSON backup, but exported files may be handled by other apps or services you choose. Uninstalling the App may remove local data.
The App may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions and one-time purchases, including a lifetime unlock. Available products, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App or store before purchase and may vary by platform or region. Apple or Google Play processes payments. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by the store unless cancelled through your Apple account or Google Play settings before renewal. One-time purchases do not renew. Refund requests and billing management are handled by the applicable store, subject to its terms and applicable law.
The App may rely on Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, Aptabase, and Sentry for store purchases, entitlement validation, analytics, or diagnostics, as described in the Privacy Policy. Those services are subject to their own terms and availability.
The App is provided for convenience and, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that it will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss caused by reliance on a countdown, imported date, or reminder. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
