By downloading or using Days Left, you agree to these Terms.
Days Left displays year progress and event countdowns for informational and personal productivity purposes. Dates, day counts, and reminders are provided for convenience; always verify critical dates (deadlines, appointments, travel) with the official source.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App.
Optional lifetime unlock (unlimited events and all themes) is billed by Apple or Google Play. Manage billing, refunds, and cancellations through your Apple ID / App Store or Google Play settings.
Events and preferences are stored on your device. You are responsible for backups. Deleting the App removes this data.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed events, deadlines, or damages arising from reliance on the App.
