These Terms govern your use of Disc Golf Putting Coach (the "App"), provided by Çağatay Erkin Eren ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
The App provides tools for planning and recording disc golf putting practice, including practice routines, session history, progress summaries, and data backup. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time. Practice plans and statistics are general training aids; they do not guarantee improved performance or competition results. You are responsible for choosing a suitable practice environment and using the App in a way that is safe for you and others.
The App may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase for DiscGolf Pro. Available products, prices, billing periods, included features, and any renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase and may vary by platform or region. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through the relevant store before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. A one-time purchase does not renew. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and manage premium access.
Apple or Google handles payment and refund requests under its store rules. We cannot issue a direct refund for a store transaction. If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Aptabase, Sentry, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google may support analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation, or distribution as described in the Privacy Policy. Each provider operates under its own terms and policies. We do not control third-party services or guarantee their availability.
The App, its software, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.
The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the App will work on every device. Practice records may be lost if your device is damaged, reset, or the App is removed; export any data you want to keep.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App or reliance on its training information.
We may change or discontinue features and may revise these Terms when the App or applicable law changes. We will update the date above and provide notice when required. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and rules that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities under applicable law.
