1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Grimoire: Digital Book of Shadows (the "App"), provided by Çağatay Erkin Eren ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. The App

The App provides tools and content for personal spiritual practice and reflection. Features may include rituals and correspondences, moon-phase information, daily horoscopes, tarot readings, a personal journal, favorites, local reminders, and export tools. Features may change or be unavailable from time to time.

3. Personal Content and Your Responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the journal entries, tarot and ritual notes, favorites, and other content you create in the App.
• The App stores these records locally on your device and does not provide an account-based cloud backup. You are responsible for securing your device and exporting or backing up content you want to keep.
• You are responsible for copies you export or share outside the App and for the privacy rules of the apps or services that receive those copies.
• You agree not to use the App unlawfully, harm or threaten anyone, create unsafe situations, bypass paid access controls, or copy and commercially redistribute our original content without permission.

4. Spiritual and Informational Disclaimer

Rituals, tarot readings, horoscopes, moon information, prompts, and other App content are offered for personal reflection, educational, or entertainment purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. We do not promise any spiritual, emotional, personal, or practical result. You decide whether and how to use the content, and you are responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when you need that kind of help.

Horoscope information is provided through a third-party service and may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

• Some features may require a recurring subscription or a one-time purchase. The available product, price, billing period, and renewal details are shown by the App Store, Google Play, or the purchase screen before you confirm.
• Apple or Google processes your payment. RevenueCat helps us verify purchases, restore purchases, and manage premium access.
• A subscription renews automatically if it is not cancelled through the relevant store before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refund requests must be made through the store that processed the purchase and are handled under that store's rules.
• A one-time purchase does not renew, but continued access may depend on the product description and the store's purchase and restore rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, software, and original content collections, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our original content except where applicable law permits or we authorize it in writing.

7. Availability and Liability

We provide the App on an "as available" basis and do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. Locally stored content may be lost if your device is damaged, reset, or the App is removed, and an operating-system backup may not contain every record. Export content you want to preserve.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App or reliance on its spiritual or informational content.

8. Suspension and Changes

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue a feature or access to the App where needed for security, legal compliance, or misuse. We may revise these Terms when the App or law changes; the updated date will appear above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules and rights that apply where you live. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities under applicable law.
